Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To begin your process please email support@lumoseraco.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Often there is a processing time for the refund to be posted. If you have already done this please reach out to support@lumoseraco.com.
Markdown items and items that are on sale are non-refundable, non-returnable and not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
